TESTITT is free. It shows what the sources we can reach confirm about a pack. A result is information, not medical advice and not a guarantee. Report honestly, and use TESTITT only to check products.
01About these terms
These terms apply to the TESTITT app and the website at testitt.com. By using TESTITT you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
TESTITT is free for everyone. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these terms.
02Using TESTITT
You can use TESTITT to check products for yourself, your family or your work. To keep it useful for everyone, you agree to the rules below.
- Use TESTITT lawfully, and only to check products and report suspected fakes.
- Don’t send false, misleading or malicious reports, and don’t report a product to harm a competitor.
- Don’t copy, scrape or resell our results, reference photos or data, or try to break or overload the service.
- Keep your account details private. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
03What results mean
TESTITT doesn’t decide what is genuine. It collects what each source confirms and says so plainly, with a list of what we checked. Every result depends on the sources we can reach and on the data they hold, which can be incomplete or out of date.
Listed and Verified
Listed means the product is in an official or manufacturer record, such as NAFDAC’s. It doesn’t prove the pack in your hand is genuine. Verified means a unit-level check, such as a scratch PIN, confirmed this exact pack with its source.
Not found and Caution
Not found means a code was invalid or already used, or no source we checked has a record of the product. Caution means something didn’t match, such as a suspended registration, a recalled batch, a passed expiry date or several recent reports. Neither proves a product is fake, but don’t use it before you check further.
Results are information, not medical advice. A result depends on the sources we can reach and is never a guarantee that a product is genuine or right for you. Ask a pharmacist or doctor about any medicine.
04Your reports and photos
Reports help other people, so we review them before they affect what others see, and we may remove any that break these terms. You must have the right to share any photo you send, and your report must be honest to the best of your knowledge.
You keep ownership of your photos. You allow TESTITT to use, store and show your reports and photos to run and improve checks, warn other people, and share them with regulators and manufacturers, as the Privacy Policy describes.
05Reference images and partner data
Reference photos and product data come from regulators, manufacturers, PIN providers and our own photos of verified packs. We never use images taken from the web. Each party is responsible for the data it provides.

06Intellectual property
The TESTITT name, logo, app, website and our own content belong to us. Partner images and data belong to the partners who provide them. These terms don’t give you any right to use them beyond using TESTITT as intended.
07Limits of liability
We work to keep TESTITT accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that every source will be complete and up to date.
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss caused by relying on a result, or by a source’s data being wrong or unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
08Ending your use
You can stop using TESTITT and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sending false reports, and we will tell you why where we can.
09Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the version and the date at the top. If a change matters, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using TESTITT after that, the new terms apply.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
